If your sacral centre is defined (coloured): (type is generator or manifesting generator)
✨ your energy is consistent, your body is your truth teller
✨ your gut speaks consistently in yes/nos
✨ you feel most alive when you respond, not initiate

If your sacral centre is undefined (white): (type is projector, manifestor, reflector)
✨ your energy is inconsistent, your wisdom comes from knowing when enough is enough
✨ you feel bursts of energy around others, but it’s not consistent
✨ your job is to honour rest and not force energy

Both are powerful.

They just speak differently.
