understanding your relationship with your identity

Welcome to Day 18 of human design playground, a 30-day alignment experiment. Little things create big shifts. Remember, energy speaks louder than your words. Repeat after me: every little step I take daily brings me to alignment.

mini insight

The G centre is one of the most tender parts of human design that holds:

  • who you feel you are

  • the direction that feel natural

  • how connected you feel to yourself

you don’t “find yourself” by thinking

you feel yourself by being in the right spaces, with the right people, doing what feels true today.

your direction appears when you stop chasing one.

If your g centre is defined (coloured):
you have a consistent & steady sense of identity. You may notice:
a stable sense of who you are, regardless of where you are
a natural inner compass that points you forward
others perceiving as the “same person”

If your g centre is undefined (white):
your identity is fluid, changing with the environment and people
feeling like a different “you” in different spaces
✨ moving in many directions in life and guided by others
identity changes with seasons, moods and environment

today’s micro-action

Today, place your hand over your chest and ask yourself:

Who do I feel like being today?”

not who you “should be.

not who you think others expect.

just who you feel like today.

let your answer be simple, whatever that arise is enough.

reflect with me

💌 Reply or share in Telegram group to earn another 🌟 alignment star:

Did today’s “you” feel different from yesterday?

  • if yes - what shifted?

  • if no - what stayed steady?

You don’t need a fixed direction to be on the right path.

You just need to feel aligned with the version of yourself that’s here today.

Celebrating you,

your human design cheerleader

P.S. did you know that it’s a 50-50 split of g centre defined vs g centre undefined in the population? share your reflections today in our telegram group ✨ can’t wait to see y’all soon in the community gathering this sunday!
