✨ HD playground day 19 - your mind doesn't need to be certain (ajna centre)

understanding your relationship with your mental processing / thinking

Welcome to Day 19 of human design playground, a 30-day alignment experiment. Little things create big shifts. Remember, energy speaks louder than your words. Repeat after me: every little step I take daily brings me to alignment.

mini insight

The ajna centre is where your mind loves to play, analyse, interpret and form opinions.

BUT it is not meant to make decisions (leave that for your authority).

It is meant to observe, think, understand, and your mind works in VERY different ways.

If your ajna centre is defined (coloured):
you think in a consistent, structured way.
 stable opinions
 clear mental patterns
others seeing you as “certain” or “clear-minded”

You can articulate ideas with clarity BUT may feel pressured to be always certain.

If your ajna centre is undefined (white):
your thinking is flexible, fluid and adaptable.
 changing your mind easily
seeing multiple angels at once
 being creative and open-minded

You are able to hold many perspectives without attachment BUT feeling like you must be sure or have a firm opinion.

today’s micro-action

Today, observe your thinking.

“how are you processing your thoughts?”

note: don’t make decisions using your mind/thoughts.

how you feel about your thoughts? do you feel pressure to be certain, or the need to have a firm opinion?

your mind isn’t meant to carry the pressure of certainty.

it’s here to think, wonder and imagine.

you don’t need mental clarity to move forward.

you only need alignment.

Celebrating you,

your human design cheerleader
