understanding your relationship with your mental pressure

Welcome to Day 20 of human design playground, a 30-day alignment experiment. Little things create big shifts. Remember, energy speaks louder than your words. Repeat after me: every little step I take daily brings me to alignment.
✨ mini insight
The head centre is the where questions, ideas, inspiration and mental pressure is.
If ajna centre (day 19) was about how you think,
head centre is about why you feel the urge to think in the first place.
and you are not meant to solve every thought that your mind throws at you!
If your head centre is defined (coloured):
you experience consistent inspiration & mental pressure.
✨ always having questions running in the background
✨ generating ideas naturally
✨ thinking about concepts even when you’re not trying
You have endless creativity and original inspiration BUT not all questions are meaningful so learn to choose which thoughts to follow.
If your head centre is undefined (white):
you experience inspiration through people and environment.
✨ some days feeling inspired, other days empty
✨ bursts of creativity that comes and go
✨ feeling pressured to “find answers” when it’s not your question to answer
You can pick up inspiration everywhere BUT you have to learn not to chase every mental pressure and idea that comes your way.
✨ today’s micro-action
Today, take one thought that’s buzzing in your mind and ask:
“Is this actually my problem to solve?”
if it’s not —> breathe and let it fades away.
if it’s a yes —> follow your strategy & authority, not mental force.

where did your mind create unnecessary pressure today?
(here’s your permission to not solve it)
the mind love asking questions.
but you don’t need to answer everything.
you only need to stay aligned with the questions that are truly yours.
Celebrating you,

your human design cheerleader
